A sweet breakfast at Stirr it up

Last week I popped into one of my local favourites for some breakfast. I had a big week of getting my daughter ready for her debutante ball and dress shopping for me.. I know, hard work right!! And as usual they has lots on offer for me to choose from.

It was late in the morning and I was absolutely famished! I normally have something hot and savoury to eat but my body was craving something sweet and sometimes a sweet breakfast trumps a savoury one!!

As I looked over the menu my mouth drooled.. From choices such as fruit toast, creamy porridge with honey and caramelised banana, granola with fruit and yogurt, coconut pancakes and so much more, i decided on the classic butternut pancakes with ice-cream, fruits of the forest and maple syrup.

I also chose my usual weak latte made with Axil coffee beans and full cream milk!

My coffee came out and it was filled with love. The staff here always give their customers the best and you can see it in the humble yet amazing cup of coffee. It was creamy and delicious and I could of had 5 more but I would not of slept that night haha.

My pancakes came out and wow, what a stack! 3 beautiful pancakes that not only looked amazing but tasted amazing too. What madeΒ them Β extra special was that they had fresh strawberries throughout the pancakes, giving them that extra zing! They were light and fluffy and just the way you would want a great buttermilk pancake.

Super friendly staff, great location, top food and coffee, who could ask for more? For my visit to Stirr it up in Ringwood I give them a very thankful 9/10!
